Case Manager - intake and assessment (Portland, OR)

Harborlight Rook Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
