Case Manager - intake and assessment (Portland, OR)

Nova Loom Early Learning runs childcare centres in Portland caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
