Case Manager - intake and assessment (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Fox Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Pittsburgh, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
