Case Manager - intake and assessment (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Willow Community Partners is a Pittsburgh charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for benefits enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
