Case Manager - intake and assessment (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Amber Learning Group is an education provider in Phoenix serving students and families. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
