Case Manager - intake and assessment (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Thistle Property Management looks after rental homes across the Phoenix area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
