Case Manager - intake and assessment (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Wilder Property Management Partners manages apartment communities around Phoenix. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
