Case Manager - intake and assessment (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Thistle Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
