Case Manager - intake and assessment (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Mill Care Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for care plans. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
