Case Manager - intake and assessment (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Rook Community Partners is a nonprofit in Orlando supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
