Case Manager - intake and assessment (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Orlando area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
