Case Manager - intake and assessment (Omaha, NE)

Foxglove Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Omaha caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
