Case Manager - intake and assessment (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Pine Community Partners is a nonprofit in Omaha supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
