Case Manager - intake and assessment (Omaha, NE)

Summit Kestrel Community Partners Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for benefits enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
