Case Manager - intake and assessment (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Care Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 953 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
