Case Manager - intake and assessment (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Cobalt Learning Group is an education provider in Oklahoma City serving students and families, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 875 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
