Case Manager - intake and assessment (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
