Case Manager - intake and assessment (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the New Orleans area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
