Case Manager - intake and assessment (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Lantern Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 982 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
