Case Manager - intake and assessment (New Orleans, LA)

Northwind Ember Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment.
