Case Manager - intake and assessment (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Pine Early Learning runs childcare centres in Nashville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
