Northwind Cobalt Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
