Case Manager - intake and assessment (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Drift Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Nashville with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
