Case Manager - intake and assessment (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Timber Early Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
