Case Manager - intake and assessment (Nashville, TN)

Nova North Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
