Case Manager - intake and assessment (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Nashville. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 709 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
