Harborlight Pike Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
