Case Manager - intake and assessment (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Pine Housing Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
