Case Manager - intake and assessment (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Corner Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
