Case Manager - intake and assessment (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Summit Property Management is a Milwaukee property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
