Case Manager - intake and assessment (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Sable Community Partners Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Miami. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
