Case Manager - intake and assessment (Miami, FL)

Lumen Granite Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
