Case Manager - intake and assessment (Madison, WI)

Silverline Rook Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Madison, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
