Case Manager - intake and assessment (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Fox Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
