Case Manager - intake and assessment (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone West Care Services supports families and individuals in Little Rock with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
