Case Manager - intake and assessment (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Summit Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Little Rock area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
