Case Manager - intake and assessment (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar River Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Little Rock, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 599 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
