Case Manager - intake and assessment (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge Haven Property Management is a Las Vegas property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
