Case Manager - intake and assessment (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Field Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
