Case Manager - intake and assessment (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Orchard Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Las Vegas, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 715 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
