Case Manager - intake and assessment (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Pike Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
