Case Manager - intake and assessment (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Junction Housing Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
