Case Manager - intake and assessment (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath North Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Knoxville, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 291 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
