Case Manager - intake and assessment (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Corner Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
