Case Manager - intake and assessment (Knoxville, TN)

Amberfield Cobalt Community Partners is a nonprofit in Knoxville supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
