Case Manager - intake and assessment (Knoxville, TN)

Amberfield Haven Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Knoxville, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
