Case Manager - intake and assessment (Jackson, MS)

Clearpath Beacon Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Jackson. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
