Case Manager - intake and assessment (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Beacon Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jackson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
