Northwind River Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance.
