Case Manager - intake and assessment (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Amber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Indianapolis area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
